Part of the work we do in Norfolk and Suffolk is through our furniture stores in Norwich, Dereham and Holt. Open to the public, we sell good quality used furniture and electrical goods. Our Re-use shop at the Foxhall Household Waste Recycling Centre in Ipswich sells a wide range of items which have been donated by people across the county.

All of our stores take in donated items and the profits they make by selling them helps to fund our other work.

Chris Berks, Manager of the Norwich Furniture Store explains the role of our stores.

“We sell good quality, affordable furniture to the public.” Chris explains.

“Money raised through our furniture stores is fed back to our charity to help support the work we do with children, young people and families in Norfolk and Suffolk.

“We also work closely with John Lewis through the Reuse Network. They often are able to donate second-hand sofas to us, which is a huge help to our store as these are very appealing items.”

Chris says that the highlights for him are the team he works with and seeing his customers happy.

“Visitors to the store frequently comment they are so glad they found us. We always have good quality items available at affordable prices so I would encourage people to pay us a visit. You will always receive a warm welcome and you’d be surprised at what you might find.”
