Make a complaint or pay us a compliment
The Benjamin Foundation aims to provide high quality services. We welcome feedback and try, where possible, to include the views of service users in our practice and services. We wish to know if, for any reason, service users and members of the public are not satisfied with their experience of the organisation. All complaints will be dealt with in complete confidence. We also welcome compliments, so if you've had a positive experience with our charity please do let us know. Via the below link, there is an opportunity to nominate a member of our team for a 'Heart of The Benjamin Foundation award. We will collect nominations throughout the year and will celebrate with our staff twice a year at our June Away Day and in December at the end of the year.
