We provide positive activities for young people who may have limited opportunities in life. We give young people a safe, supportive environment where our staff will give them opportunities to learn, socialise and be a positive part of their community.
Meet Up is our Youth and Family Centre on Thetford’s Redcastle Furze Estate. Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, its main aim is to provide leisure activity and support services for young people and the local community. It enables them to access provisions in what feels to them to be a safe and informal environment and make positive choices and changes where necessary.

Drop-In is for high school aged young people from years 7 to 11.

We provide a hot meal and dessert for our local senior citizens. This is a very friendly supportive group for our older generation who really enjoy the regular get-togethers and opportunity to socialise and gain support.
Parents have the opportunity to gain support in a relaxed and non judgemental atmosphere. Hot drinks and biscuits are provided free of charge.
Parents, grandparents and carers are invited with their toddlers along to our group. Parents-to-be are also very welcome to attend. The groups are friendly, relaxed and completely free of charge. All children are welcome up to the age of 5 years.
