Funded by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk and supported by Norfolk County Council Public Health Department, By Your Side provides support for vulnerable 16-24 year olds in West Norfolk.

We have a network of hosts in Norfolk and Suffolk who are trained and supported by us to look after a person in their own home. We call this service Heart and Home.

Our Job Coach supports the education, training and career aspirations of the young people we help.
