Our Stores
Our Furniture & Electrical Stores sell good quality used furniture, new white goods and new beds. Our Re-use Shops sell a wide range of items, stocked by recycling centres across the region, including electrical items, household items, toys, sports equipment and boooks.
The profit all of the stores generate helps to fund our work with local children, young people, and families. So, supporting our stores means you are helping local vulnerable young people.
Our stores also give people a way of passing on furniture in a sustainable manner whilst reducing waste.

What We Accept
We accept a wide range of items, and below are listed some of our most common! If you have any questions about items we accept, please contact the store directly using the details in the contact section of this page.
- Sofas and armchairs
- Tables and chairs
- Sideboards, dressers and chests of drawers
- Wardrobes and beds (Furniture & Electrical Stores only)
- White goods i.e. washing machines, fridges and freezers (Furniture & Electrical Stores only)
- Devices i.e. TVs, consoles, and laptops
- Other items i.e. kettles, hoovers, fans and heaters
- Household items i.e. cushions, mirrors, toys, and books
- Sports equipment i.e. bicycles, golf clubs, and tents
- Garden equipment i.e. mowers, generators, and garden chairs
- We do not accept gas appliances, built-in appliances, older TVs or carpets.
- The Ipswich shop does not accept young children’s or baby equipment.
- All electricals must be in good working order and have a CE mark.
- Wardrobes, beds, sofas, and white goods are only accepted in our Furniture & Electrical Stores.
- Our Furniture & Electrical Stores do not accept kitchenware.
- We can only accept upholstered items if there is a label attached showing they comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations.
- Beds must be in very good condition with no rips, tears or stains, and have a fire label sewn on referring to BS7177.
