I work as a Human Resources Assistant.
My main responsibilities are:
Recruitment and selection, the cordination of training & development and to provide administrative support to the HR Team.
My working background is mainly retail in the Banking Sector which was very hard sell and not very rewarding. I had come to a stage in my life where I needed a new challenge and had always had great admiration for people who worked in the Charity Sector. I had heard, about some of services that The Benjamin Foundation provided, but it wasn't until I answered their advert for an apprentice that I realised just how many, much needed services they provided across Norfolk. This is most rewarding job I have ever had and I can honestly say that I look forward to coming to work every day.
