Nurtured Heart Approach® Training

September 22nd, 2026 | 23-27 St Andrews St

The Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA) is a highly acclaimed, relationship-focused methodology in action across the world — in classrooms, in therapeutic work, and in family homes. If you are looking to transform your relationships with children and young people in schools, youth settings, support work or within family homes, this training is for you!

This one-day course on the Nurtured Heart Approach is delivered by Advanced Trainers from The Benjamin Foundation, who have embedded the Nurtured Heart Approach into everything they do — including childcare settings, emotional wellbeing sessions, youth work, and supported accommodation services for young people at risk of homelessness. There will be interactive sessions, breakout groups, experiential exercises, social activities and plenty of time to network with others.
