


Housing with Flexible Support
These services offer accommodation with tailored flexible support for young people from 16-30 (each individual service has a specific age range). Residents receive dedicated support each week to build on their existing skills as they move towards full independent living, including help managing their licence agreement, paying bills, reporting repairs & maintenance, personal development, and finding work.

Anchorage is one of our housing services for young people in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, supporting young adults between 18-30 in shared accommodation. We work with the private landlord sector to provide safe and affordable accommodation, and to offer more opportunities to help young people move confidently along their journey to independence.
Referrals to this service usually go through the local council or Social Services, so the referral form may be filled out by a Housing Officer or Social Worker and sent to the email below. Self-referrals may also be made.

Pottergate, in Norwich City Centre, supports young adults between the ages of 18 and 30. The six self-contained flats have furnished kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces, as well as a communal social space.

Forward Court in Aylsham provides accommodation for seven young homeless people aged 16-24. We work in partnership with Victory Housing and Broadland District Council.
Each young person has their own fully furnished flat, designed to give them the opportunity to gain the skills necessary to manage their own tenancy independently.
We also work closely with Victory Housing to ensure, when they are ready, the young people move on to secure and affordable accommodation.

Our Housing Related Support Service in Suffolk enables young people at risk of homelessness to secure a safe home, move forwards and live independently. Only those with an identified housing support need can receive a housing related support service.
The service aims to provide accommodation and housing support to enable vulnerable young people between the ages of 16-24* to gain the necessary skills to enable them to live independently and participate in their community.Â
*The service is not for young people aged 16-17 who are a looked after child or care leaver. Please see our Housing for Children in Care and Care Leavers (Suffolk) service.Â
Applicants must be living in or moving into Suffolk.Â
Referrals into the service must be made through Suffolk County Council.Â
