Our accommodation-based support services ensure young people are housed safely while they develop the skills needed to thrive and move on to live independently. These 24/7 services cater for young people with support needs who are homeless or at risk of becoming so. Service Details
In our 24/7 supported accommodation services, each young person is provided a fully furnished flat, and is allocated a key worker who offers tailored support in areas including education, training, employment, daily life skills, and inclusion in the local community to provide the building blocks for an independent life.

Aspire is our accommodation in Great Yarmouth, which opened in partnership with Orwell Housing Association, Norfolk County Council and Great Yarmouth Borough Council. It has 17 units of accommodation for single, young homeless people aged 16-25.
The central location of Aspire in Great Yarmouth makes it a good base for the young people to get out and about in the community, and have easy access to education, training and a social life. These are all important elements in helping them to become more independent and preparing them to move on to the next stage of their life.

Winston Court provides accommodation to young single homeless people aged 16-25 in North Walsham.
The centre offers nine single accommodation rooms and four semi-independent move-on flats. Our facilities include a fully equipped communal kitchen, laundry room, lounge and games room.

Forward Court in Aylsham provides accommodation for seven young homeless people age 16-24. We work in partnership with Victory Housing and Broadland District Council.
Each young person has their own fully furnished flat, designed to give them the opportunity to gain the skills necessary to manage their own tenancy independently.
We also work closely with Victory Housing to ensure, when they are ready, the young people move on to secure and affordable accommodation.

Steven Newing House is our supported accommodation centre in Fakenham for young single homeless people aged 16-25, which we manage in partnership with Flagship Housing Association and North Norfolk District Council.

Walmington Court is our supported accommodation centre in Thetford for young single people aged 16-25. We manage the centre in partnership with Flagship Housing Association and Breckland District Council.
We work closely with Breckland District Council and Flagship Housing Association to ensure that all residents, where appropriate, move on to secure and affordable accommodation. We also offer ongoing tenancy support at the move-on level to ensure the transition to full independence is as smooth as possible. The project is part-funded by Supporting People.

Right Tracks in King’s Lynn provides supported accommodation to 12 young homeless people aged 16-25. We work in partnership with Saffron Housing, the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, Norfolk County Council and the Housing and Communities Agency to deliver the service.
Each resident has their own flat with a fully furnished bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. These are designed to give the residents more responsibility than a room, so they can gain valuable skills in the day-to-day running of a flat to give them the experience needed for independent living. There is also a kitchen/dining area, where the young people can socialise with other residents and staff.

Our Housing Related Support Service in Suffolk enables young people at risk of homelessness to secure a safe home, move forwards and live independently. Only those with an identified housing support need can receive a housing related support service.
The service aims to provide accommodation and housing support to enable vulnerable young people between the ages of 16-24* to gain or regain the necessary skills to enable them to live independently and participate in their community.
*The service is not young people aged 16-17 who are a looked after child or care leaver. Please see our Housing for Children in Care and Care Leavers (Suffolk) service.
Applicants must be living in or moving into Suffolk.
Referrals into the service must be made through Suffolk County Council.
