We want to end youth homelessness and we’re tackling the problem locally by providing a home and support to 180 young people in Norfolk and Suffolk every night. We give them a stable home and the skills they need so they can leave us and forge an independent life.

Our Job Coach, Joe supports, encourages and explores options to assist the young people we support into employment, education or training. He works with all young people accessing the housing services we deliver in Norfolk and Suffolk. Through End Youth Homelessness, the role of the Job Coach is funded by kind donations from individuals via a BBC appeal, Churchill, MVK, H&M, Eversheds.

With good knowledge of what colleges and providers are able to offer our young people in the county and beyond, Joe works on both a one-to-one basis or with groups of young people. His aim being to look at bespoke provisions and be creative about how we engage our young people.
