Flight for Youth is our art installation taking place this Summer to celebrate our 25th anniversary year. The installation, designed by students from Norwich University of the Arts, will transform Holkham Hall and The Assembly House in Norwich into a kaleidoscope of butterflies. With the public, local businesses and organisations, groups and schools invited to support the fundraising campaign, we are thrilled to announce that Norwich High School for Girls has come on board as the headline ‘Hope’ sponsor.

With a synergy of butterflies between our organisations, ‘Believing in Butterflies’ is Norwich High School for Girls’ exciting new initiative by the Nursery and Prep School, which sits at the heart of everything they do.

Nick Tiley-Nunn, Head of Prep School and Nursery at Norwich High School for Girls says:

“Norwich High Prep School for Girls is incredibly proud to be supporting The Benjamin Foundation for this most exciting project to mark their 25th Anniversary. It is a wonderful charity, who offer such vital support to young people in the region. Our girls cannot wait to start raising money for them through our Grow a Pound initiative, where every girl from ages 3-11 is given a pound coin to grow for charity through entrepreneurial means.”

Mr Tilney-Nunn continues: “We are also very excited by the prospect of seeing 25,000 butterflies on display, as our own Prep School ethos comprises of three strands that our community refers to as ‘Believing in Butterflies’. With our core focus on supporting young people to grow and thrive, the sure to be wonderful display of butterflies and the fact that Norwich High School for Girls was once based at the Assembly House we look forward to supporting this wonderful campaign.”

Attending our Flight for Youth launch event in March 2019 at Norwich’s Assembly House, pupils also demonstrated their creativity with our ‘Paint Your Own’ butterflies and we just loved the results!

Thank you to Norwich High School for Girls for their generous support.
