My Job
I am responsible for a range of services encompassing our Looked After Children and Supported Accommodation provision. I offer operational and line management support to these services and work strategically to grow new services and sustain existing ones. Every day presents a new challenge and I am blessed to work with such a skilled team. I am motivated to see children and young people happy, well cared for and supported in our services.
Personal Profile
I have worked supporting and caring for children and young people my entire career. Prior to joining The Benjamin Foundation I worked for Norfolk Children’s Services supporting young care leavers and working in residential children’s homes. I began my journey with The Benjamin Foundation back in 1997 when I joined our very first supported housing service as a Support Worker. I’ve since spent 16 years fulfilling a range of job roles within The Benjamin Foundation and helping grow our breadth of service across the county.
I live in Norwich with my wife and 2 young daughters. I love sport and I am a lifelong Norwich City fan. I enjoy most, spending time with family and encouraging my children to pursue their interests and dreams.
