Linden House, Norwich

Linden House provides a home and support for young people aged 16-18 years. There are four fully furnished bedrooms in the main house, each with their own bathroom.  There is also a main kitchen, lounge and conservatory/dining room that everyone shares.

Next door there is a more independent flat attached to the main house where one young person at a time can live and prepare for their own independent place.

If you are put forward for a place at Linden House, we will come and see you where you're currently living to ask a few questions and give you the chance to find out more about the service we provide.  If you decide you would like to move in, we will arrange for you to come and have a look around and meet the people who live and work here.

Staff are on duty 24 hours a day and everyone has their own keyworker – a qualified and experienced member of staff who will work with you and your Social Worker to agree what areas of your life you want to focus on improving and then support you to get where you want to be while you are with us.

Before moving in we will explain what we expect from people living at Linden House (our ‘House Rules') and ask you to sign an agreement. You will get a copy of this to keep and also a Young Persons' Guide, which is full of information about the service and guidelines around what to do, for example if you want a friend to visit or you want to make a suggestion or complaint.
