All you ever wanted to know about Sleep Out...

Sleep Out is our largest fundraising event of the year, supporting our work to prevent youth homelessness in Norfolk and Suffolk. It helps local vulnerable young people, who may not have had the best start in life, to take their next steps towards independence and to finally feel hopeful of a better future. The event does not aim to replicate homelessness, but it does give participants a deeper understanding of some of the challenges homeless people may face, and it has been wonderfully supported by local people since our first Sleep Out event in 2015.

Following the cancellation of our 2020 Sleep Out events due to the pandemic, we are thrilled to be holding Sleep Out in Ipswich (Thursday 4th November at Ipswich Town Football Club) and Norwich (Thursday 11th November at Norwich City Football Club) in November this year and we’re calling for local people and businesses to support the event by signing up to spend one night outside so young people don’t have to.

For those who are new to Sleep Out or intrigued to learn more about our popular and much-loved fundraising event, we are holding some informal Information Webinars where you will have the opportunity to learn more about what’s involved, how fundraising helps and ask any questions before you decide whether to register.

We hope the sessions, held via Zoom, will inspire and motivate you to help to end youth homelessness in Norfolk and Suffolk by deciding to support Sleep Out 2021. Confirm your place on one of our two webinars below!
