Due to government guidance related to the recent coronavirus outbreak, we have made the decision to reschedule Butterfly Treasure Hunt from the original date of 26 June 2020. We are holding back on giving a fixed date now as we want to monitor the situation but we hope that it will be in August, September or October 2020.

We are still taking ticket bookings at Early Bird prices. Also, if you book before we have a fixed date we’ll be pleased to give you a complimentary loyalty drink with your BBQ as a thank you. If you aren’t able to attend on the new date we will give you a full refund up to 7 days before the event.

Thank you to main Event Sponsors: Clapham & Collinge Solicitors

How many butterflies can you find? A fun trail around Norwich city centre to support The Benjamin Foundation, finishing with a summer BBQ.

After two successful years, the Butterfly Treasure Hunt is back at a new location! Take part with your colleagues, family or friends. We suggest that you play as a team of between 2 and 8 people as you search the city for our charity butterflies, sneaky clues and hidden surprises. Children are welcome to take part with supervising adults.

This event starts at a yet undisclosed location in the city centre (but we can promise that it’s a special one) and finishes at The Eagle public house and restaurant, on Newmarket Road. We’ve got the whole pub for the evening, which includes a beautiful beer garden in the heart of the city.

Early Bird Tickets Now Available Here!

Special discounted Early Bird tickets are available until Friday 24th April for this event. All tickets include a gourmet BBQ meal at The Eagle.

Adult ticket price £23* (Normally £25*)
Child ticket price £15* (Normally £17*)

You don’t need to tell us what team you are part of, but please do let us know if you have any dietary or mobility requirements so that we can cater for you.

*Please note that all ticket prices are plus Eventbrite fees.

About the Event

  • Arrive at the starting point (a city centre location to be released before the event) from 5:30-6:15pm for a short welcome briefing and drink.
  • We’ll get you started with your first clue.
  • Then it’s a hunt to find as many of our butterflies as possible around the city and unlock the winning answer. This year we’ve added some clues in historic locations and some hidden surprises too!
  • Find your way to The Eagle on Newmarket Road between 8:00-8:30pm which is ours for the evening.
  • Enjoy The Eagle’s famous gourmet BBQ before we have a tie-breaker to decide the winning team!
  • Then there will be a chance to choose your own treasure in our charity auction with super prizes to be announced.

Sponsorship opportunities:

We are looking for businesses to support the event by becoming ‘Clue Sponsors.’
