Do you have a property or room in your home that could help us help more people?

We are keen to work with more local landlords and homeowners to enable us to provide access to good quality, affordable accommodation to the people we work with. We are a local charity helping people across Norfolk and Suffolk to deal with some of the challenges that life throws at them, including working to prevent homelessness.

Our work brings hope, opportunity, stability and independence to the people we support.

We are looking for properties of all sizes:

Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO); flats; smaller properties; annexes; rooms within a home

SHPS (Sustainable Housing Partnership Service): Supports those we work with to either sustain accommodation or find good quality affordable accommodation in Norfolk. The service supports single adults (aged 18 plus), couples and, in some districts families too. SHPS can also offer rent and deposit in advance. Tenants are supported by a SHPS Case Worker for eight months once accommodated.

How you can help now:

We are supporting two males in full time work looking for a 2-bed property in North Walsham. We are also looking to work with landlords with bedsits, HMO’s, lodgings or one-bedroom properties in:

  • Cromer
  • Attleborough
  • Sheringham
  • East Harling
  • Stalham

While we’re looking for HMO’s, rooms to rent, bedsits and 1/2/3/4 bedroom properties in:

  • Kings Lynn
  • Norfolk coastal villages
  • Downham Market
  • Watlington
  • Wisbech

and HMO’s, rooms to rent, bedsits and one-bedroom properties in:

  • Dereham
  • Great Yarmouth
  • Norwich
  • Swaffham
  • Thetford
