Flight For Youth is our anniversary fundraising campaign celebration 25 years of The Benjamin Foundation and we’re inviting the local community, individuals and businesses to get involved by purchasing ceramic butterflies which will form art installations this Summer.

The installations will be a kaleidoscope of ceramic and paint your own butterflies and the campaign has been generously supported by companies across Norfolk – our thanks to each and every one of them, in particular our headline sponsor, Norwich High School for Girls.

We are delighted by the support that Flight for Youth is receiving, and just one of the businesses keen to be involved is Breakwater IT , whose team chose the ‘Paint Your Own’ butterfly option to demonstrate their creative talents! We caught up with them to hear more:

“We are helping The Benjamin Foundation to create a kaleidoscope of butterflies to celebrate 25 years of the amazing work they carry out to bring hope, opportunity, stability and independence to the vulnerable people they support.

The team and Breakwater kids tapped into their artistic side to add some colour and patterns to the beautiful butterflies specially created for The Benjamin Foundation’s ‘Flight For Youth’ campaign.

You can also be part of the installation and help support the work of the Benjamin Foundation by purchasing a butterfly. Your butterfly will then be included in an installation, before being returned to you as a keepsake.”

Thank you to the Breakwater IT team and their families for their support!

Quote Marks Left Something which stood out from the other nurseries is how keen staff are to try new things and develop the facilities and activities.
