Copperfield School

A welcome from the Head teacher

HOPE OPPORTUNITY STABILITY INDEPENDENCE

Copperfield School in Great Yarmouth is an Ofsted registered co-educational independent school offering places to up to 12 students with behavioural, emotional and/or social difficulties. Our aim is for students to leave the school embodying the values of The Benjamin Foundation. We want them to have HOPE about their future, have the OPPORTUNITY to progress in pursuing their ambitions, knowing they have had the STABILITY of a regular, rigorous school placement during what has been a troubled time in their lives and the INDEPENDENCE to move confidently into adulthood.

It is a privilege to be the Head teacher of Copperfield School. No day is the same as the one before; we embrace challenge and work patiently to achieve good results. We are proud of the students' achievements – large and small. The dedicated, hard-working staff team are with the students every step of the journey and go the extra mile to achieve success.

We embrace challenge at Copperfield School. With the support of the school's Governing body and staff from across The Benjamin Foundation, we are working tirelessly to improve our Ofsted grading (see below for more details).

We hope these web-pages give you a taste of what Copperfield School is achieving and what goes on at the school. If you would like to find out more, please get in touch.
